Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AI visibility platform (the "Service") operated by AgentPrime Ltd, trading as AgentPratham. AgentPrime Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17073425.

By using the Service you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under English law to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

The Service provides AI visibility audits. You submit a URL, we analyse how it is configured for AI crawlers and agentic systems, and we return a scored Audit Report.

You agree not to submit URLs you do not own or have authority to audit, attempt to reverse-engineer or systematically extract data from the Service, resell or sublicense access without our written consent (except under Agency White-Label plans), or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach without notice.

Where account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@agentprime.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is available on Free Trial, Credits, Professional, Agency Standard, and Agency White-Label plans. Current pricing is published at agentpratham.co.uk/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. If you exceed your plan's audit allowance, additional audits are charged at your tier's overage rate; we will notify you when you approach your limit. Continued use beyond the limit constitutes consent to overage charges.

We do not offer refunds on completed billing periods or used audit credits. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Founding Member subscribers retain their rate for the lifetime of their active subscription. Cancellation forfeits the Founding Member rate permanently. Rejoining is at the then-current retail price.

All intellectual property in the Service, including the scoring methodology, fault library, software, and branding, is owned by AgentPrime Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Audit Reports are licensed for your own business use. You may share Audit Reports with clients, provided you do not remove attribution to AgentPratham.

Agency White-Label subscribers may present Audit Reports under their own brand for the duration of an active White-Label subscription. This licence ends immediately on cancellation or termination.

Benchmark Reports. We publish periodic benchmark reports on AI visibility across sectors and geographies ("Benchmark Reports"). Benchmark Reports are made freely available. You may share, cite, and reference Benchmark Reports provided you attribute AgentPratham and do not remove or obscure branding, authorship, or methodology references. You may not reproduce Benchmark Reports in full, extract data for use in competing products or services, or present findings as your own work.

Audit Reports reflect the state of the submitted URL at the time of the audit. They are produced by automated analysis and, where applicable, AI-assisted interpretation. We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that reports are free from error or capture every configuration factor relevant to every AI system. Audit Reports are informational. They are not professional advice. Use your own judgement when acting on findings.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), Anthropic, PBC (AI interpretation, server-side only), and Resend, Inc. (transactional email). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of these services.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Service or from third-party service failures. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at agentpratham.co.uk/privacy. We are registered with the ICO (registration: ZC114543).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
